Today I planted another cacao tree. I harvested cacao pods from a neighbor’s fruit orchard which is two gulches away. This is from about 20 mature trees planted as a research project over a decade ago. This is probably the biggest batch of cacao that I’m going to ferment and I’m super excited about it!!!
