So I thought today was day 250 but I actually skipped day 177. So anyway… today I planted a sacred bali bamboo, Schizostachyum brachycladum yellow form which is an attractive tropical looking bamboo with golden color and red hues. The leaves have a cream stripe on them. This bamboo grows to about 35 feet and is thin walled so it’s mostly used for art or for very light interior construction. Bobby said that it’s commonly planted at the entrance of temples in Indonesia. Mahalo Dash for sharing this one with us!
