Today I planted a cacao tree with a feeling of accomplishment. I can’t say that I am disciplined, but I am for sure stubborn and determined to plant something every day for the remainder of the year. Im both excited and nervous to be invited as a guest speaker for tomorrow’s Hawaii Tropical Fruit Growers meeting. I’ll be talking story with growers about our experience establishing a cacao orchard and my goal is to get more people excited about growing their own chocolate.
