Today I planted two red button costus* that we got as cuttings. The yellowish shoots that emerge from the flowers are edible. They are kind of sweet and a little crunchy. I’m looking forward to having enough to make a big salad.
Tim dropped off his vortex compost tea brewer so we can brew up some tea for all the plants. I will post more about this tomorrow.
