Today I dug out a clump of lemon grass to divide up and I planted about 50 lemon grass slips in an area we call the terraces.
We often use lemon grass for our evening teas. I always use it for Tom Yum soup and sometimes for flavoring meat and seafood. I’m not sure if we need so much lemongrass but it’s a great slope stabilizer and Julia uses it a lot to cover her newly planted garden beds. When you trim it back with a weed wacker it smells amazing.
