Today I planted some small stuff… six ground orchids that’s been sitting in the nursery for a long time. These are most likely some sort of nun’s hood orchid which is a terrestrial orchid that can be planted in the ground whereas most orchids don’t need or want any soil at all. Not sure what color the flowers are but we will find out soon!
Our first batch of milk chocolate from our own cacao beans was a success! Made 4 lbs in total. Thinking about running a batch of dark chocolate next.
