Today I planted a Hau tree. These iconic trees create a canopy over the outdoor dining area at The Hau Tree Lanai which is located at one of my favorites places in Hawaii… Kaimana beach.
I planted the hau tree at the edge of the food forest with a nice view. Hopefully one day we will crack cacao pods underneath this tree.
