Most people never heard of jaboticaba before, but how about watermelon white jaboticaba? I got this unusual Plinia from Joe and I had no idea that there are hundreds of different kinds of jaboticabas out there. Today I planted this tree where it will get lots of moisture… how jaboticabas like it.
Its day two of fermentation and the cacao beans pretty much look the same as yesterday but the liquid is draining out. It still smells sweet but I can catch a hint of sour off of it.
